It was a pleasure leading the recent session hosted by Think India HRC on Consulting for Startups & Management Consulting. Engaging with bright, inquisitive minds and discussing key business strategies is always energizing.
During the session, we explored the foundational 4 P’s of Business Success: Product, Price, Promotion, and Place and how they interconnect to drive growth. I also emphasized the importance of aligning your core values with your strategic decisions, especially in today’s hyper-competitive and ethically conscious business environment.
One of the most rewarding parts of the session was the interactive pitch segment, where students shared their startup ideas. Their creativity, clarity, and curiosity truly stood out. I was glad to offer feedback drawn from real-world case studies and consulting experiences, because learning is most powerful when it’s applied.
